This file is built to print, not to browse. In Chrome: File → Print → Destination Save as PDF → Paper size Custom → 36in × 24in → Margins None → Scale 100% → check Background graphics. Take the resulting PDF to any large-format print shop (FedEx Office, Office Depot, a local sign/print shop). The cover page prints separately at 11in × 8.5in.
